No. 1 — $1,600,000 · 35 Woodland Ridge, Bolton Landing, New York

Top home sale No. 1 in Lake George–Glens Falls, New York — 35 Woodland Ridge, Bolton Landing, New York, week ending November 1, 2026

The top sale of the week is a renovated Contemporary home in Bolton Landing, built in 1987 on a private, wooded and landscaped lot with views of the lake, the mountains and the trees. At 0.57 acres, it is the smallest lot of the five. The property last sold in 2021 for $725,000.

Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas share one open space. The kitchen has a large center island and stainless steel appliances, and a stone fireplace rises from floor to ceiling in the living room. Wood floors, exposed beams and custom built-ins carry through the rooms. A sunroom with large windows takes in the lake, and a second living room has built-ins of its own.

The primary suite is on the first floor, with its own fireplace and views of the lake, and the laundry room is on that level too.
