The five highest-priced home sales reported in Lake Geneva & Walworth County, Wisconsin for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $10.41 million. Two of the homes are in Whitewater, two are in Lake Geneva and one is in East Troy, and four of the five are one-story homes.
The group spans nearly a century of building, and in two of the five sales, the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $2,750,000 · N9395 Beulah Park Road, East Troy, Wisconsin
The top sale of the week is also the oldest home in the group. Built in 1925, the ranch at N9395 Beulah Park Road in East Troy sits on 1.21 acres with lake frontage of between 101 and 199 feet, a pier and views across the water.
The home itself is modest in size, the smallest of the five at 1,560 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level. The home has a deck, and a partial basement has a walkout. The property also includes a guest house, a garden shed and a detached two-car garage. It sold for $2,750,000.
