The five highest-priced home sales reported in Grosse Pointe & Macomb County Area, Michigan for the week ending November 1, 2026, added up to $5.77 million. Three of the homes are in Macomb County and two are in Wayne County, in Grosse Pointe Farms and Grosse Pointe Park.
The group ranges from a ranch finished in 2023 to a brick Colonial from 1951, and from a city lot of a little over 9,000 square feet to 15 acres with a barn and a pond. Between them sits a home on a deep-water canal in Harrison Township, where the boat is part of the floor plan.
No. 1 — $2,000,000 · 5769 Cotswold Dr #16, Washington, Michigan

The week’s top sale came from the Bradbury South community in Washington, where a ranch built in 2023 sold for $2,000,000. It is the newest home of the five and the largest, with 7,150 square feet of living space on a single level over a finished basement.
The finishes are the story here. The kitchen is fitted with Monogram appliances and custom Lafata cabinetry, and the lighting includes chandeliers in natural brass and gilt, with pieces from the Roark, Talia and Ralph Lauren collections. Montigo fireplaces warm the great room and the family room, and there is another in the basement. Wood floors run through the main rooms, and the doors are solid core.
The home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half, and an attached garage with room for five cars, the most of any home in this group. Outside, the brick and stone exterior is set off by tall pines, a fountain and Beacon Hill brick pavers on about one acre.
Mary Locricchio of Keller Williams Realty Lakeside was the listing agent. Michele Milam of Canary Realty represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $1,235,000 · 159 Cloverly Rd, Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan

Builder Chris Blake put up this Cape Cod on Cloverly Road in Grosse Pointe Farms in 1995, and its layout is what sets it apart. Two bedrooms on the first floor each have their own bathroom and share a sitting room between them, an arrangement that works as a first-floor primary suite, a place for guests or space for a second generation. Another primary suite gives the home a third bedroom of its own kind.
The main living areas are open and bright, with large windows and French doors looking out to the backyard. The large kitchen, with room to eat in, opens to an informal dining and living area, and the formal dining room could serve as a library, den or office. Hardwood floors and custom built-ins run throughout, and the living room has a fireplace. The home has 4,152 square feet, three full bathrooms and one half bath.
Below, the partly finished basement includes an office, a half bath and a cedar closet, with a walk-out to the yard. The private backyard is planted with mature perennial gardens and has a patio. A circular drive, a whole-house generator and an attached two-car garage round it out, on 0.40 acres within an easy walk of The Hill and near schools and Lake St. Clair.
The home went under contract 26 days after it was listed. Shana Sine Cameron of Sine & Monaghan LLC was the listing agent, and Julie Ahee, also of Sine & Monaghan LLC, represented the buyer. The firm listed two of this week’s top five sales, this one and the No. 3 sale on Bishop Road.

No. 3 — $980,000 · 1042 Bishop Rd, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan

The oldest home in the group, a brick Colonial on Bishop Road in Grosse Pointe Park, dates to 1951 and has been brought fully up to date. It sold for $980,000 and sits on the smallest lot of the five, 9,147 square feet, a short walk from the Village of Grosse Pointe.
The kitchen is the center of the main floor, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a new gas range, a center island, an eating area and a bar that opens to the family room and its fireplace. The same floor has a living room, a formal dining room, a den that works as an office and a laundry and mudroom off the attached garage.
Upstairs, the primary suite has a cathedral ceiling, an updated bathroom and a large walk-in closet. In all, the home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half, across 3,588 square feet. The finished lower level adds a recreation room and storage, and a private patio sits at the back. Ownership in Grosse Pointe Park also brings access to the city’s residents-only waterfront park, which has a pool, pickleball courts, boat slips and a community center. The property last sold for $875,000 in 2023.
Julie Ahee of Sine & Monaghan LLC was the listing agent, and Shana Sine Cameron, of the same firm, represented the buyer.
