These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Glendale-Peoria, Arizona for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $5.05 million. Four of the homes are in Peoria and one is in Glendale, all of them single-family homes in Maricopa County built between 1998 and 2017. Only one has a second story. What the group shares instead is a taste for outdoor living: pools and spas, covered patios, outdoor kitchens and generous room for cars, boats and projects.
No. 1 — $1,275,000 · 27878 N 130th Avenue, Peoria, Arizona

The week’s top sale came from Trilogy at Vistancia, a gated community in Peoria for residents 55 and older, where a single-story Santa Barbara/Tuscan-style home built in 2006 sold for $1,275,000. The home sits on the golf course, and along its back side a series of sliding glass doors and windows looks out on views of the course and of the mountains.
Inside, the ceilings rise to 12 feet. The great room runs from a custom media wall at one end to the kitchen at the other, where a large island, granite slab counters, painted cabinets, built-in stainless appliances and an induction cooktop share space with a bright morning room. A courtyard with a pergola opens off the great room and can also be reached from the bedroom of the primary suite, whose bath has granite tile at the soaking tub and shower and a barn door closing off a large walk-in closet. Past a den and an entry rotunda hung with a chandelier, a separate guest wing has two guest bedrooms, each with its own bath, along with a half bath and the laundry room. In all the home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms (three full and one half) and 3,096 square feet.
Out back are a heated free-form pool with a rock waterfall, a spa, a gas fire pit, a barbecue island with a refrigerator and a large covered patio. The home also has an owned 7.3-kilowatt solar system. Beyond the lot, residents have the 35,000-square-foot Kiva Club, with indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a day spa, a cafe and courts for tennis, pickleball and bocce, along with a golf course designed by Gary Panks. The property last sold for $675,000 in 2019.
