Flint, Michigan Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Grand Blanc Home on the 12th Tee Sells for $950,000

Built in 2000 with views over the 12th tee of The Captain’s Club at Woodfield, the house at 6137 Brookstone Ln in Grand Blanc pairs a heated pool and a misted paver patio with a lower level holding a theater room, a wet bar and an exercise room. It led five reported home sales across the Flint metro area that combined for $3.22 million for the week ending September 6, 2026.
