The week’s sales span Fayetteville and Stedman, with closings in the gated Autry Lakes At Gates Four community and in George Town Estates. Build years run from 1980 to new construction finished in 2026, and the properties range from a golf-course home in the city to acreage tracts east of it.

The three-bedroom house carries a reported 3,309 square feet and looks out over the fairway and a pond. The property previously changed hands for $510,000 in 2022.
