The five highest-priced home sales reported in Dover & Kent County, Delaware for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $3.3 million. The list stretches from Camden Wyoming and Milford to Dover and Smyrna, which accounts for two of the five, and the homes span nearly six decades of building, from a ranch finished in 1967 to a Colonial built new this year. Four of the five are two-story homes, and the group runs from a rural spread of more than three acres to a lot of under a quarter acre in Smyrna.
No. 1 — $900,000 · 328 Raven Cir, Camden Wyoming, Delaware

The week’s top sale was a brick contemporary in the Village of Wild Quail, a golf course community in Camden Wyoming, which sold for $900,000. Built in 2002, the two-story home sits on 1.62 acres beside the Wild Quail golf course and has 7,665 square feet of living space, the most of any home on this week’s list. It also has the most bathrooms of the five, with six, and the largest garage, an attached, side-facing garage with room for four cars.
Ceilings rise 12 feet across the main level, where hardwood floors run through an open plan. The kitchen has premium appliances and generous prep space and opens directly to a three-season room. Two of the five bedrooms are on the main level, each a suite with its own bath, and a private sauna is on that floor as well. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and two full baths. Below, the fully finished basement adds a wet bar, another full bath, walk-out access and an entry from the garage. The property last sold in 2002 for $91,500.
Shalini Sawhney of Burns & Ellis Realtors was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, putting the same agent on both sides of the sale.

Outside Milford, on 3.07 acres along Fork Landing Road, a 1988 Cape Cod-style contemporary sold for $650,000. It is the largest piece of land among the week’s five sales, a rural lot outside any development that backs to woods and looks out on a pond. A gazebo stands at the pond, and the home has a large deck.
Much of the life of the property happens outdoors. A private, in-ground concrete pool is set in landscaped grounds with extensive hardscape and exterior lighting, and an outdoor shower is close at hand. For the owner’s suite, it calls for two walk-in closets, a double vanity and a large soaking tub.
