Chagrin Falls addresses carried the week’s three highest-priced sales, with the remaining transactions recorded in Moreland Hills and Gates Mills. Build years across the group run from 1976 to 2026, and the five span a newly completed house in the historic center of Chagrin Falls, a designed country manor in the Canyon Lakes community, a remodeled residence above the Chagrin River and an updated colonial with a gunite pool.
