The group runs from a working country property with roots in 1900 to a Craftsman built in 2006, and from a three-story home on wooded acreage to a midcentury-inspired Northwest Contemporary set against a greenbelt.
No. 1 — $1,775,000 · 24800 SW Big Fir Rd, West Linn, Oregon

The week’s top sale was a three-story Craftsman on 4.93 acres in West Linn, on a no-outlet street. The land is the story here: landscaped grounds and mature trees around the home give way to a large yard and an orchard, and the lower part of the property is forested.
Built in 2003, the home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 5,107 square feet of living space and a three-car garage. Inside are hardwood floors, built-ins, wainscoting, high and vaulted ceilings and two fireplaces. The kitchen has Craftsman-style cabinetry and built-in Jenn-Air appliances, and a butler’s pantry with a wet bar links it to the formal dining room. The primary bedroom is on the main level, with a spa-style bath and a private deck that looks out over the back of the property.
The finished walkout basement adds a second wet bar, a media room, an office, a bedroom and a bath, along with a large storage room.
Jeffry Wiren and David Rogers of Premiere Property Group, LLC were the listing agents. Melissa Shaw of Lewis Realtors represented the buyer.
