Listing materials identify Harwick Homes as the builder, which put up the residence as one of its model homes. Four bedrooms are split between the floors, with the primary suite and a guest bedroom at ground level and two ensuite bedrooms above. Hardwood flooring runs through those rooms, later work brought a 2019 roof, a backup generator and a Lutron lighting system, and a wine room takes up to 850 bottles. Pocketing sliders of a zero-corner design open the interior onto a screened lanai that runs the full length of the house and picks up a second-level guest balcony, where the pool sits inside a cage expanded in 2024 beside a fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.
