The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Baltimore metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, reached from the Chesapeake Bay shore in Queen Annes County to Annapolis, the city of Baltimore and the countryside of Baltimore County. Together they came to $17.738 million.
The group spans most of a century of building. The oldest of the five was built in 1920 and the newest in 2004, and every one is a three-story single-family home. Two are on the water, one overlooks a golf course and two are Georgian, one in a historic city neighborhood and one in a wooded enclave in Reisterstown.
No. 1 — $8,000,000 · 7328 Kent Point Rd, Stevensville, Maryland

The week’s top sale came from the Bay side of Stevensville, where the estate at 7328 Kent Point Road in Sedgefield On The Bay sold for $8 million. A gated entrance and a tree-lined drive lead in from the road, and the 20-acre property, the largest lot of the five, has more than 800 feet of Chesapeake Bay shoreline. The shore is protected by riprap and has sandy beach areas and a private pier with boat lifts, with water and electric service at the water’s edge.
The home was built in 2004 in a coastal manor style, finished in stone and HardiPlank-type siding. At 14,893 square feet over three stories, it is the largest of the week’s sales, with eight bedrooms, nine full baths and a half bath, and six fireplaces. Inside are Brazilian cherry floors, coffered ceilings, custom paneling and handcrafted millwork, along with a double staircase and two-story ceilings. The kitchen centers on an oversized island and opens to a sunlit breakfast room, with a full butler’s pantry alongside, and there is a second kitchen as well.
There are two primary suites. The one on the main level has its own fireplace, a private office and a spa-style bath, and it opens directly to the waterfront. Elsewhere the home has a theater, a game room, an exercise suite and a recreation space on the third floor, plus a private apartment above the attached four-car garage.
The grounds are laid out for recreation. A saltwater pool and spa sit beside a covered pavilion that has its own outdoor kitchen and fireplace. There is a regulation court for tennis and pickleball, a pond with a fountain, a fire pit and a playground, all set within professional landscaping. The property last sold for $4.725 million in 2015.
The estate sold just above its asking price of $7.995 million, the highest price of the week. Brad Kappel and Joseph Bray, both of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, were the listing agents, and Robert Lacaze, also of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer.
