The list runs from a one-owner custom home in Indianapolis to an Avon ranch, with a renovated home in Danville and two rural properties in Clayton between them.

No. 1 — $1,100,000 · 8807 Jules Ln, Indianapolis, Indiana

Top home sale No. 1 in Avon-Brownsburg-Plainfield Area, Indiana — 8807 Jules Ln, Indianapolis, Indiana, week ending October 25, 2026

The top sale of the week was a home in Traders Point West that had a single owner until now. David R. Snapp custom designed and built it in 1977 on 4.05 acres a bit north of Eagle Creek Park, within the Brownsburg School District. The land takes in a grassy meadow, a creek and wooded hills, and the home sold for $1,100,000.

Solid pecan floors an inch and a half thick cover the main level. The open plan has floor-to-ceiling Pella windows and doors, and the great room rises to a 30-foot peak and has a gas-log fireplace. In the kitchen, a large center island has a heated countertop, and the appliances are new stainless steel. With 5,752 square feet of living space, it is the largest of the five homes, and it also has the most bedrooms and bathrooms: five bedrooms, three of them on the main level, and six bathrooms, five full and one half.

The indoor pool is heated, has a diving board and an automatic cover, and can be used year-round, with a wet bar and built-in speakers for the pool area. The home also has a heated spa, a sauna and a finished walkout basement. Outdoors are wrap-around decks and a screened gazebo that looks out over rock waterfalls and a pond, along with a mini barn and a four-car garage.

The home went under contract five days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Adam Corya of Carpenter, REALTORS® was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
