Four new condominiums at a single Basalt address and one ski-in, ski-out home in Snowmass Village make up the highest-priced home sales reported in Aspen-Snowmass & Roaring Fork Area, Colorado for the week ending October 25, 2026. Together the five sold for a combined $33.215 million.
No. 1 — $17,000,000 · 1926 Faraway Rd, Snowmass Village, Colorado

The week’s highest-priced sale was a ski-in, ski-out home at the top of Ridge Run in Snowmass Village, set on the West Fork Ski Trail at Snowmass Ski Area. Designed by Michael Manchester and built in 2007, it sold furnished for $17,000,000. The property last sold for $2.3 million in 2006, before the current home was built.
The contemporary home is finished in wood siding and stone veneer, and a 2022 remodel brought redwood and cedar post-and-beam accents. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 5,930 square feet on 0.78 acres, the most bedrooms, the most bathrooms and the largest living area in this Top 5. Views to the east and south take in the Continental Divide, Snowmass Mountain and Brush Creek Valley.
On the main level, an open great room has a wood-burning fireplace, reclaimed hardwood floors and a bar accented with agate. The primary suite is on the same level and has its own gas fireplace, and an office sits just off the main living area. The lower level has four more bedrooms with their own baths, one of them a guest suite that opens to a covered patio, as well as a private gym and an AEU with a kitchenette.
An elevator runs from the heated three-car garage, and a Control4 system automates the window treatments, music, television, security and climate. The home has radiant heat, and the patios and auto court are snowmelted. Outside, a covered kitchen and dining area looks over a cascading water feature and pond, and a hot tub sits beside the ski slope. Skiers head out from an oversized ski room with radiant heat, custom lockers and benches.
