No. 1 — $3,375,000 · 203 Cape Saint John Rd, Annapolis, Maryland

Top home sale No. 1 in Annapolis-Anne Arundel County, Maryland — 203 Cape Saint John Rd, Annapolis, Maryland, week ending November 1, 2026

The week’s top sale is a coastal-style home in Cape St John with views of the South River, and its waterfront is built for boating. A private pier six feet wide and 115 feet long has a 10-by-20-foot platform and a smaller finger pier, along with a dock box, a kayak rack and a lighthouse-style power pedestal. The slips have about 10 feet of water at mean low water. There is also a 12-by-14-foot boat lift with a guide pole and a mooring slip of roughly 18 by 50 feet. A timber bulkhead and riprap protect the shoreline, which gives the property access to the Chesapeake.

The home was built in 2012 and has brick and HardiPlank siding. Inside, the floor plan is open, with hardwood and tile floors. The gourmet kitchen has a commercial-grade range, stainless steel appliances and a large island, and there is a butler’s pantry as well. A dining area opens to the living room, which has a gas fireplace. Crown molding and wainscoting finish the rooms.

At 7,230 square feet, it is the largest home in this group, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, six full and one half. The primary bath has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the finished daylight basement has large windows, walk-out access and a wet and dry bar. Outside, a screened porch and a patio look toward the river, and the 0.58-acre lot has extensive hardscaping, landscaping and an underground sprinkler system. The property last sold in 2021 for $2,400,000.
