The house at 1971 Cragin Drive in Bloomfield Hills sold for $2.30 million on September 8, 2026, the highest price among the Detroit metro area’s reported home sales that week. Originally built in 1951 and rebuilt in 2016, the custom home has four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, a three-car garage, an unfinished basement and a reported 5,616 square feet.
The property previously changed hands for $1,250,000 in 2019, and the owners have since completed a long list of upgrades.
