The four-bedroom custom home at 9 Pine Acres Drive went under contract 8 days after the current listing date and closed $230,000 above its final asking price of $1,190,000, reaching $1.42 million on September 3 β€” the highest price among five reported sales that together brought $4.97 million in the Rochester, New York metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026.

The remaining closings landed in Churchville, Victor, Rochester’s Struckmar neighborhood and Pittsford, and the five properties span build years from 1938 to 2021 β€” from a stone-and-stucco Tudor to a custom build on 10.41 acres.
