Salisbury, Maryland Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Seatowne Bayfront Home Tops the Week at $3.45 Million

A renovated bayfront house in the Seatowne community at Fenwick Island, Delaware, sold for $3.45 million, the highest of five home sales reported in the Salisbury, Maryland metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. Together the five closings accounted for $10.19 million.

The week’s sales span Seatowne, Channel Pointe, West Rehoboth, Olde Town and Ocean City β€” Delaware addresses in Fenwick Island, Selbyville, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, plus a waterfront lot on the Maryland shore. Several of the houses were completed in 2025, and build years run from 1950 to 2025.

The six-bedroom house at 40081 Oceanside Dr closed on August 13, 2026 for $3.45 million.
