The week’s sales span Seatowne, Channel Pointe, West Rehoboth, Olde Town and Ocean City β Delaware addresses in Fenwick Island, Selbyville, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, plus a waterfront lot on the Maryland shore. Several of the houses were completed in 2025, and build years run from 1950 to 2025.
No. 1 — $3,450,000 · 40081 Oceanside Dr, Fenwick Island, Delaware
The six-bedroom house at 40081 Oceanside Dr closed on August 13, 2026 for $3.45 million. Built in 2008 on the bay just north of the Town of Fenwick Island, the renovated residence carries a reported 3,950 square feet, draws water views from nearly every room and has an elevator serving every floor.
