The five sales combined for $9.75 million and span Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, with closings in Palmetto Bluff, Leamington, Greenwood Forest, Elliott Point and Oyster Reef. The homes were built between 1987 and 2007, and golf-course, marsh and lake settings run through the group.
