Acreage runs through the group, from 3.4 acres in Villanova to more than 15 acres with a horse barn in New Hope and about 93 acres in Medford. The houses were built between 1800 and 2026, from a restored Rittenhouse Square townhouse to a Wynnewood residence completed this year.

The Villanova estate at 745 Newtown Rd sold for $5,275,000, the highest reported price in the Philadelphia metro area for the week. Known as Camp Woods, the Italianate house was built in 1910 and stands on 3.4 landscaped acres beside the Ardrossan Estate, with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a reported 11,764 square feet. The sale closed on August 13, 2026.
