All five are single-family homes in Worcester County, with prices running from $640,000 to $750,000. The group ranges from a mid-century Contemporary to two Colonials, a Cape and a raised ranch, several of them set well back from the road on wooded land.

The week’s top sale, at $750,000, was a 2019 Colonial in Fitchburg, the newest home of the five. It sits on 3.84 acres just over the Lunenburg town line, and the property has its own pond frontage with a private dock and direct access to the water.

The main living space is open, with the kitchen, dining and living areas sharing nine-foot ceilings, and the living room has a propane fireplace insert. In the kitchen, quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink go with stainless steel appliances, a generous pantry and a large island with seating. Floors are wood through much of the home.

The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two full and one half, in 2,577 square feet. The bedrooms are upstairs, where the primary suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with radiant-heated tile floors. An oversized bonus room sits over the two-car garage, and the partially finished basement gives more room for recreation or work.
