Top home sale No. 1 in Greater Taunton-Attleboro, Massachusetts β€” 18 Willis Ave, Seekonk, Massachusetts, week ending November 1, 2026

The newest home in this week’s group is also its largest. Built in 2023, the ranch at 18 Willis Avenue in Seekonk sold for $1,079,000. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half, in 3,900 square feet, on a level lot of 0.54 acres.

Vaulted ceilings run through the main floor, and the kitchen is the center of it: white cabinets with gold hardware, quartz counters, an island topped in Dekton, a propane range, a beverage bar and a walk-in pantry. A Sonos sound system is built in, and the home also has central vacuum. The primary suite opens to its own deck and has a steam shower, a bathroom with heated floors and a large walk-in closet.

Below, a finished walkout level adds a recreation room along with more bedroom and bathroom space, cooled and heated by mini-splits, and it works as a place for guests, relatives or a gym. The home went under contract 11 days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Hunter Barron of Today Real Estate, Inc. was the listing agent, and Stephen Farias of Century 21 Signature Properties represented the buyer, in the top-ranked sale of the week.

Top home sale No. 4 in Greater Taunton-Attleboro, Massachusetts β€” 129 Fieldwood Ave, Seekonk, Massachusetts, week ending November 1, 2026

The oldest home among the five, 129 Fieldwood Avenue in Seekonk, is a Cape Cod-style home built in 1964 and thoroughly renovated and expanded in 2019.
