The five highest-priced home sales reported in Dubuque Area, Iowa for the week ending November 1, 2026, totaled $2.99 million. Three of the homes are in Dubuque, with one each in Hopkinton and Guttenberg, and all five are single-family homes built between 1993 and 2016.
The group leans toward room to spread out: a shop with its own septic system, a pond with a dock, a large outbuilding with a paint booth and an attached garage with its own furnace all turn up below, alongside a custom-built home with a pool and a theater room at the top of the list.
No. 1 — $825,000 · 6036 Forest Hills Dr, Dubuque, Iowa

A custom-built home on Forest Hills Drive in Dubuque sold for $825,000, the top price of the week. Finished in brick and stone and built in 2009, it has six bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and 4,501 square feet of living space on 0.93 acres. That is the most bedrooms, bathrooms and living area of any home in this Top 5.
The main level is organized around daily family life. The kitchen has a large pantry, and both the living room and a private office are fitted with built-ins. There is a laundry room on that floor, a dining and play area, and enclosed lockers for coats and gear, and two of the bedrooms are on the main level as well.
