Three of the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Greensboro-High Point Area, North Carolina for the week ending October 25, 2026, were in Summerfield, with one each in Stokesdale and Reidsville. Together the five sold for a combined $3.99 million.
Every home in the group is a two-story, four-bedroom single-family home, but the settings range widely: a pastured spread in Rockingham County, a lakefront lot in Guilford County and suburban acre-plus parcels, along with a home finished this year. The oldest of them dates only to 1998.
No. 1 — $900,000 · 1102 Haniel Dr, Summerfield, North Carolina

The top sale of the week was a home built in 2023 in the Angels Landing community of Summerfield. It sold for $900,000 after going under contract two days after it was listed.
The two-story home, finished in brick and vinyl siding, has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath in 3,331 square feet. The primary suite is on the main level, with a walk-in closet and a bath lit by a chandelier, and the three other bedrooms are upstairs along with a large bonus room. The kitchen is open, with quartz counters, a big island and a five-burner gas cooktop, and a fireplace warms the great room.
The owners added a good deal to the home after it was built: a whole-house generator, a water filtration system, plantation blinds, an epoxy floor in the three-car garage, Wi-Fi thermostats and security and exterior lighting. The 1.01-acre lot has been landscaped, with a 15-zone irrigation system covering the front, side and back. Out back, the yard is flat and gated, and there is a screened porch and an extra patio. The property last sold for $840,821 in 2023.
