Built in 1999 and finished in stucco, the home has 4,462 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this week’s group, on a lot of 0.66 acres. A two-story foyer opens to formal living and dining rooms with hardwood floors and decorative moldings. The kitchen has granite counters, an island, a serving pantry and a beverage bar with its own sink. Next to it, the family room rises to a cathedral ceiling, and its gas fireplace is set off by a stone overmantel. The wood floor there is edged with a walnut border.

A large sunroom, glazed on three sides, looks out over the pool and its waterfall, tall evergreens and beds of perennials. The in-ground pool also has a spa, and a covered pavilion sits above it. Beyond the pool, level lawn mixes with mature plantings.
