Southeastern Connecticut Top 5 Home Sales: Stonington Waterfront Home Leads at $3.35 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in Southeastern Connecticut for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $8.306 million. All five were single-family homes in New London County: two in Stonington, two in Groton and one in Mystic.

Prices ran from $800,000 to $3,350,000, and the homes span more than a century and a half of building, from an 1830 Cape Cod to a Colonial completed in 2002. Old village streets, water views and private docks run through much of the list.

The week’s top sale was a waterfront home on Water Street in Stonington Borough, which sold for $3,350,000. The Colonial dates to 1840 and was brought up to date in an extensive renovation completed in 2022, keeping its historic character while opening the rooms to one another.

The home has 3,421 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and three full and two half baths. On the main level, a large island sets the center of the kitchen, with informal seating areas around it, and the living and dining rooms nearby keep a traditional fireplace. Danielle Malloy and Jessica Lane, both of Serhant Connecticut LLC, were the listing agents for the highest-priced sale of the week.
