These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Zionsville & Northwest Indianapolis Area, Indiana for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together the five sales total $7.03 million.
Every one of the homes is in Zionsville, in Boone County, yet the settings could hardly be more varied: a golf course neighborhood, a newly built community with its own clubhouse, open country land, and established streets with a walk to the Village.
No. 1 — $3,050,000 · 10400 Somerford Rdg, Zionsville, Indiana

The week’s top sale, at $3,050,000, was a home completed in 2025 in Holliday Farms. It sits on the golf course, on the 17th tee, on a wooded cul-de-sac lot of 0.60 acres with mature trees, and its windows look out over the course. The property last sold in 2023 for $705,000, before the current home was built.
The design blends modern architecture with a transitional sensibility. The great room rises to tall ceilings, with walls of glass and a fireplace, and the open plan around it keeps the golf course and the woods in view. In the kitchen, custom cabinetry and premium appliances surround an oversized Taj Mahal waterfall island, and a scullery adds a second prep sink, storage and a place to clean up out of sight. A hearth room opens to a large covered front porch, and a wet bar has a pass-through serving window to the outdoor living areas.
The home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms (five full and one half) and 6,801 square feet, with a four-car attached garage. One bedroom, set up as a guest suite, is on the main level. Upstairs are three bedrooms with their own baths, a laundry room, and a family room, now used as an office, that opens to a private balcony and a covered overlook. The primary suite has golf course views and its own access to the balcony. The finished lower level adds another bedroom, a full bath and a theater room.
Jennil Salazar of Compass Indiana, LLC was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the week’s top sale.
