These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Las Vegas metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together they came to $35.71 million. The list reaches from the hills of Henderson to Summerlin and the Lone Mountain area of Las Vegas, and every sale was a single-family home in Clark County.
Two of the five are new construction, and two of the sales had the same agent on both sides. The homes range from a one-story custom design to a three-story home with a finished basement, and most of them come with mountain or Strip views and a private pool.
No. 1 — $13,900,000 · 483 Rock Peak Dr, Henderson, Nevada

The top sale of the week is a newly built home in The Peak at MacDonald Highlands, in the MacDonald Ranch area of Henderson, which sold for $13,900,000, its full asking price. Built in 2026, it is the newest home in this group. It is a custom home by Blue Heron, and it carries a name of its own, Larae.
The design puts the main living and entertaining rooms on a raised level to take in the views, which cover the Las Vegas Strip, the mountains and a golf course. The interior is finished in soft tones and quiet textures, with tile floors and a gas fireplace in the great room. A private elevator connects the floors, and the home also has a gym.
The two-story home has six bedrooms, more than any other home in this Top 5, along with six full baths and two half baths in 9,350 square feet. Its six-car garage is also the largest of the five. Out back, on a landscaped 0.44-acre lot, a heated pool and a spa look toward the Strip, and an outdoor bar with a barbecue sits alongside. The home also has a balcony, a deck and a patio, and the community is guard-gated with a clubhouse. The property last sold for $637,884 in 2025, before the current house was built.
Natalia Harris of Las Vegas Sotheby’s Int’l was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
