Albany, New York Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Saratoga Springs Condo Leads at $1.8 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Albany metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, added up to $5.19 million. Saratoga County accounted for three of them, two in Saratoga Springs, and the rest came from Schenectady and East Nassau.

The group ranged widely in age and type: a condominium, a townhouse and three single-family homes, the oldest dating to 1940 and the newest to 2022. Two of the homes look out over water, and the bottom two sales finished in a tie.
