The main house at 1465 Foothill Rd is a single-level 2017 build of a reported 3,154 square feet, wrapped in walls of glass that frame a 270-degree view of mountains, valley and sky. Its $6.20 million closing on September 16, 2026 led five reported home sales that together came to $23.01 million across the Oxnard metro area for the week ending September 20.

Ojai, Westlake Village, Ventura and Thousand Oaks are the municipalities represented, Westlake Village twice, at No. 2 and No. 3. Those two Westlake Village houses bracket the list by age: one dates to 1976, the other was completed in 2024.
