The 1977 penthouse at 10410 S Ocean Dr spans two floors behind 16-foot impact glass, with a dining room set out above the beach and a ramp carrying residents from the pool deck down to the sand. Its $1.50 million sale led five reported closings totaling $6.01 million across the Port St. Lucie, Florida metro area in the week ending September 20, 2026.

Two of the week’s closings were in Palm City, in the Stuart West and Canopy Creek communities, while Jensen Beach, Tequesta and Jupiter each contributed one. The group runs from that 1977 beachfront suite to a 2023 house on a gated lot with lake views, and takes in a three-acre Palm City property with a five-stall barn and a 1979 cul-de-sac house rebuilt down to its cabinetry.
