This urban mixed-use master-planned district is one of the largest redevelopment projects of its kind. R. The mixed use development will include new and redeveloped residential units on 8 sites. R. Wilson envisions more than 800 residential units to be developed, which will include projects undertaken by R. Wilson as well as other developers.
R. Wilson’s current commercial properties located in the district include the Venture Z Office Complex and the Chicago Regency Hotel. The Chicago Regency recently initiated a $20 million phase one remodel as part of a $90 million complete restoration of the 500 room
hotel.
